These Services are provided as a public service by Fort Gordon MWR. This Policy does not apply to any other web site or offline point of contact between Fort Gordon MWR and consumers. Due to the nature of these Services, an account will need to be registered for in order to use our Services. This registration process asks for basic contact information to include Name, Email and Phone. This information is used to provide accountability for the requests being made. All accounts are vetted by Fort Gordon MWR Marketing staff during the registration process to ensure all approved accounts are authorized to use the Services.

We maintain a variety of physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect your personal information. For site security purposes and to ensure that these Services remain available to all users, software programs are employed to monitor network traffic to identify unauthorized attempts to upload or change information, or otherwise cause damage.

Our Services have links to other federal agencies. In a few cases we link to private organizations and/or third-party websites. Family and MWR is especially concerned about protecting children's privacy. We hope parents and teachers are involved in children's Internet explorations. It is particularly important for parents to guide their children when children are asked to provide personal information online. Family and MWR will request no personal information from children.
